my design process is to build virtual buildings, commercial and residential, in a seamless transition from a design sketch through to development approval documents, and on to detailed building permit documents.

we work collaboratively to create these buildings, advancing the concept until the design solution fits your needs. it’s a very fluid process in a virtual environment that most clients seem to really enjoy.
